OUR STORY
We are the Sanders Family from southern Indiana. We have 3 Golden Retrievers that are the family pets that we decided to start breeding. We have one male, named Red and two cream females named Chloe and Molly.
We work hard to build trust and relationships with potential owners. We strive for great customer service and all puppies are vet checked, have first immunizations and up to date on worming treatments when they go to their fur-ever homes. In order for our puppies to develop good social skills, our two children are involved in raising and caretaking puppies from 5 weeks of age.
These dogs have brought so much joy to our family that our goal is to help other families find the perfect fit for their new pet and experience the loyal relationship we have come to appreciate.
ABOUT OUR PUPPIES
Enrichment & Socialization
With 2 small children and a lot of puppy loving friends, our puppies are exposed to a wide variety of people and circumstances here on the farm. We do not allow other people to bring their dogs to ensure the health and safety of the puppies, but they are played with and we supply a variety of toys to help stimulate them and encourage positive behavior. We also start them on potty training in a designated area to help them get accustomed to thinking about where they go potty.
We also show them lots of love and handle them daily from birth. This helps them get used to having their feet, ears, faces handled. We utilize the following enrichment methods: Socialized with Children, Toys, e.g. Ball, Socialized with Cats, Socialized with Other Animals, Household Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Touch Desensitization, Noises , Outdoors (when Weather permits), Exposure to Livestock. We do not take them to public places to expose them to outside people as puppies are not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks. Our puppies never leave our property. Our vet even does house calls.
Health
Puppies see to the vet for a general wellness checkup and provided with a vet issued health certification. They are wormed at 2, 4, 6 weeks and given first shot at 7 weeks. We do a fecal test with every litter to make sure there are no issues.
Health Guarantee
Each puppy is guaranteed healthy when it leaves here. They are vet checked and have received a current fecal test to check for internal parasites, but we also explain to each puppy buyer their responsibility in keeping your puppy healthy, what vaccines are still needed, to be careful about exposure to other dogs, puppy parks, pet stores, etc. until the puppy is fully vaccinated. We also encourage getting an appointment with their vet within a couple weeks of getting a puppy.
Included with Puppy
Our puppies are all sent home with welcome home bags and a folder of information. This includes a blanket with littermates' and mom's scents, AKC Registration, certificate of health, food starter bag, puppy starter kit, record of vaccinations.
